Ideally located with a comfortable walk to city centre or access to A10 for exploring further afield. Guest parking space at the property. Well thought out compact accommodation with lovely decor. Photos don’t do it justice. Lots of little extras like tissues, toiletries, drinks & breakfast bars, even toothbrush & paste pack if you forget your own. A Christmas tree & some tasteful decorations were a wonderful surprise. Sufficiently well equipped for quick & convenient self catering for a few days.

The property is very lovely, exceptionally clean, great decor & provides everything you need for a wonderful homely stay :)) The complimentary items are a very welcomed touch & much appreciated. Great location for travelling to different areas.

Everything. Clean, thoughtful provisions like milk, coffee, biscuits etc. in addition there were a couple of cans of coke, a couple of bottles of beer and some bottled water. Owners friendly and welcoming, very clean and modern with everything to hand. Central for our stay.
