Easily accessed through a long, sheltered walkway from a locking front door on a quite busy street to the unexpectedly quietly located cottage accommodation in the owning couple's backyard. For our desired four-day stay the accommodation was perfectly adequate. A well equipped kitchen, compact dining room with refrigerator, smart (if compact) toilet, spacious bathroom, interestingly improvised clothes hanging woodwork, a neatly furnished, TV equipped lounge room that even had a piano and a small outside patio area all provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Very importantly, access to fantastic wi-fi was provided, impressively enhanced by a signal intensifier. The very friendly man of the house met us and explained everything about the place at length. Two supermarkets are within easy walking distance and very good dining options are also a brief walk away. Okay, the finish of this cottage is not out of this world, but its handiness and value for money are unbeatable!
