The owner was very nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the property is really good as it is close to everything. The property itself is on the first floor on top of the owner's house, it is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. The property has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and enough space for our stay in Ellmau for six nights.

The host Franz, was very welcoming and helpful. The location and view from the apartment was spectacular. When it snowed in the town you can ski pretty much to the door otherwise there is good access to small lifts in Ellmau and ski bus to the main gondolas.
