Rooms were clean and comfortable including airco and a warm shower. We enjoyed the terrace in front of our room. breakfast was very good.

Andy is the best host ever, very helpful, drove us where we needed, breakfast was really good. Is really close to city center via epic shortcut on the train rails, 7-10 min walk max

Situated in an ideal location and with spectacular views. The owner showed us a shortcut into town as it is very hilly around Ella which saved us time. Its location made it easy for us to walk to the nine arches bridge and little Adam’s peak via the town where there were many food options and shops. We took the early train from Ella to Kandy and the owner gave us breakfast to go so we were able to eat which was very kind.

We spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it! The view from the balcony was incredible and had a great sense of privacy. Everyday the breakfast was different and equally good and allowed us to eat different authentic Sri Lankan foods. The family were lovely and even did our laundry (for a small added fee) and drove us around Ella. Definitely recommend and a short walk (few hills) to the main town and railway towards Ella’s rock!
