Udessa Rest was a wonderful part of my stay in Ella. Warm welcoming hosts, delicious breakfasts and my favorite part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the forest and watching the monkeys! Super close to Ella main street if you take the railway track shortcut, but quietly away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

The property was nice, we really like the balcony that allow us to enjoy the rain during work. The bed is comfortable too (even if it’s in a strange position), but for me the best point was the breakfast. After one month in Sri Lanka I can really say that was the best breakfast we had, either both sweet and salty food, all homemade and everyday with something different. Plus was really abundant so we always get full satisfied. I totally recommend
