Unfortunately we were unable to stay. But though it was necessary to mention that The Residence Ella gave us a full refund even though we were not entitled to it due to the late cancellation time. I would just like to say a big thank you for that and hopefully we can stay next time.

The staff, Shan, was very helpful and friendly. He told us about the places to visit. Impeccable service.

Shan was really lovely host. Helpful and responsive but low key. The property is in a great location - we walked from there up little Adam’s peaks and to the nine arch railway bridge.
