Probably the best view I’ve had from a hotel room and a swimming pool! Just beautiful. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Keerthi, who looked after us the whole time we were there.

Amazing views out to Ella Rock and Little Adam’s Peak. Easy walk to Ella train station and town. Staff were great. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Keerthi, Mithun and chef Rohan who were all exceptional.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. Views were exceptional and the food was absolutely spectacular. Better than any restaurant quality we had experienced. Staff were wonderful and the facilities were amazing. We would go back to Sri Lanka purely to come back to this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pinnacle! Thank you so much to the wonderful team there. Everybody has been amazing, and a special mention to Keerthi in the dining room. He made our dining and breakfast experiences an absolute delight with his warm friendliness and professionalism. We had some excellent conversations with him. Our room was exceptional. Incredibly clean, a very comfortable bed, and, wow, what a view! It was beautiful to wake up every morning and see the sunrise and hear all of nature waking up for the day! I will treasure these memories. Thank you also to Hamali for a wonderful massage in the spa. We adored Ella, and The Pinnacle, and very much hope to return one day. Thanks again to all of the amazing team!
