The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is clean by Sri Lankan standards. The beds are comfortable, and the balcony is a great bonus with seating and a hammock. The location is also excellent—you can reach the center of Ella within five minutes. A great place to stay!

room with a cozy atmosphere, balcony and view of the jungle. it was quiet, you feel like you are in nature. the room was clean, there was hot water. not far from the train station. the staff was very friendly. we recommend visiting.

Good room and spotlessly clean. The host brought us tea on arrival in beautiful china cups and a china teapot! Uphill from the town but not bad took less than 10 mins to reach from the very centre of Ella. Had a little shared balcony with chairs and a great hammock so you can look out on the lovely green views. Very quiet area. Saw the host one day preparing another room for guests... and she did a PROPER job, everything was moved and cleaned etc!
