It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff changed our sheets everyday and cleaned all the rooms very well. The staff was always very happy to help with the best suggestions and coming up with activities to keep us entertained. Had the best time ever, the atmosphere was great. The perfect location didn't hurt at all with the best view of the ella rock.

I had an amazing time in Ella at this hostel. Best view from the terrace. Close to Little Adam’s Peak, Ella's Rock and all the interesting locations. I did everything by foot, no need for a tuktuk if you have time to walk. Just next to the main street so there is everything you need nearby (laundry, restaurants...). Excellent and generous breakfast. 10/10 for the staff. The guys working there are very friendly, available and accommodating. They truly were the best part of my stay. I first planned on spending 3 nights and ended up booking one more because I loved the atmosphere of the hostel so much.

Great Views & Chill Vibes Had an awesome stay at Rock View Hostel in Ella! The view from the terrace is incredible—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal—just a short walk to the town and train station. Rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was tasty too. Would definitely stay here again!
