This was my first time traveling solo to ella , And i was supposed to stay for a night and i did extend it to 2 days ,when u talk about the atmosphere its like supernatural and i was in love with the view ,honestly the staffs over-there -sandaru was a special one he helped me out always like for everything i was asking for he said yes always, customer service was 10-10 ,im gonna visit the place again when im back in ella , As a solo traveler i loved it soo well. And a special thanks for binura for telling me about the places to visit.thanks sanjeewan too .i really enjoyed my vacation in ella.

Love this place!! A great location in the centre with the most beautiful views. Everyone here is friendly and chill and I felt so comfortable here. AC in the room is much appreciated. Also got to check out at 12pm. Would 100% recommend!

I got food poisoning and the staff were so helpful and caring. They made me tea twice and continuously kept checking on me. They even looked into the smallest details like making sure the outdoor lighting was okay while I sat outside. Also a doctor comes daily and visits so it is very safe felt just like home!
