Milan Home Stay offers very warm and genuine hospitality. Although the property is located around 15-20 minutes outside of Ella town, the owner provides complimentary tuk-tuk transfers, which makes access to the town convenient. The accommodation itself is basic, but it is clean and functional. What truly stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host family. After travelling across Sri Lanka for nearly three weeks, we found the hospitality here to be among the kindest and most welcoming we experienced. A good option for travelers who appreciate local hospitality and personal service over luxury.
