I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I especially loved the beautiful mountain view from the balcony, which made the stay even more special. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the main street and within easy reach of popular attractions such as Ella Rock, Little Adam’s Peak, and the Nine Arch Bridge. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and yummy with a live egg/omelette station and fresh waffles each day as well as a mix of other hot/cold western/Sri Lankan options. The view was amazing! The room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. I'd recommend this as a good base for exploring Ella.
