The view is incredible! The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly & helpful when needed but keep to themselves when not.

The staff were super friendly, super sweet and accommodating. The room is good for the price. The breakfast was okay (but..). The balcony is beautiful but the seats not really comfy and there are monkeys coming on your balcony all the time 😅 You're a bit outside and over Ella (on a hill), it's beautiful and calm and the train tracks are not too far by foot. To get to Ella it's a 5-10' tuktuk ride..

We stayed in 115 room. This place is a hidden gem. The view from our room was the most amazing!!!! You can see the waterfall, railway and ella mountains from the room. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very neat, with all modern amenities. This is a great value for the money! The staff was very friendly. The buffet was good, and even even the menu prices were affordable. They arranged us a tuk tuk to go to Ella town at night. Just a heads-up! The road to the hotel is a bit challenging. But we went by a small car so it was manageable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Ella.
