Location- We arrived and saw that the hotel is close to the center street, 2 minuts walk to the main street and without the noise. The staff was welcoming, helped us with early check in! Shashi and the rest of the staff were super nice and helpful- provided us with travel info and guides, and other help with whatever we asked! The rooms were super clean, hot shower, space, and fan. Loved our stay there! No stairs and no hill!!!

It was a Pleasant stay . I went suddenly from Kandy for a holiday without even booking within 10-15min they arranged everything.Staff is very friendly. Try to get a room from 1st floor I think they are better than ground floor.great place located in the heart of the city easy access to most hikes you can just walk.

This was my home for 5 nights. I was sorry to leave my Ella family. I had a wonderful stay here with great sleeps and a hot shower. The staff are superb and very friendly. Great food at their restaurants too and a good breakfast. I hope to visit again. A good place a few minutes easy walk away from the main hustle and bustle, so you can enjoy peace too.
