The staff were very friendly and helpful with organising activities and transport. The breakfast was made fresh every morning and it was sensational. The views from the hotel were beautiful.

Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. We preferred it to the buffet-style breakfasts at other hotels, as the breakfast at Heart of Ella is more about quality over quantity. The view from our room was amazing, and our room was clean and tastefully decorated. Mr Vijay and his family were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
