Nimal is the kindest host and provides a personable service. He accompanied us to make sure our tuktuks were working everyday and even messaged us the evening that we left because he knew we were travelling a long distance. The breakfast is generous with hoppers and fruit, however when we mentioned we like curry, he made us jackfruit curry and dahl which was too kind. The room was spacious for four adults and had everything we needed.

Loved our stay at Nimal Nest Inn! It is in a good location, it is very peaceful with mountain views, and about a 5 minute drive from the main street. The room was comfortable and clean. Nimal was an excellent host, he made a lovely breakfast for us and was very accomodating. Would recommend!

Nimal is a legend, drew me 2 hand written maps to complete the local hikes. Washed my tuk tuk after the rain. Him and his wife fed us an amazing breakfast daily and even made it later than normal for us so we could do a morning hike. Provided a laundry service for a reasonable price. 10 min walk max to ella town along the rail tracks. Amazing views and rooms, we had the family room with a private patio area with 2 hammocks, table chairs and a bed. Best guesthouse of our trip. Nimal also provided us 2 decent umbrellas to walk to town in on a really rainy night. Nothing is too much for them. 10/10 would recommend to anyone just book it.

Nimal was the best host we had in Sri Lanka. We stayed at his place for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. The room and house was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room over the hills was amazing. The breakfast was prepared freshly. Nimal met every request we had (ordering a tuk tuk, questions about activities and hikes..). He even drew us a map for the hike to Ella Rock. We would stay there again without hesitation
