Oh my god I have never wanted to write a review so much in my life! This hotel has honestly made our trip to Sri Lanka and it is all down to the staff! I cannot put into words how accommodating, friendly and kind every staff member was! We felt like royalty everyday from getting the best breakfast all served up fresh, to getting our bed made and leaving snacks in the room for us for when we came back! I am genuinely sad to be leaving this hotel, and I hope that I will return to the Ella Heritage in the coming years. Thank you so so much for everything, to Neel, Mudhu and all the staff that looked after us, we really appreciate it☺️✨

After Nuwara Eliya's rough weather, this hotel was a welcome relief. My kids and wife loved it so much, and we regretted that we planned only one day for staying in Ella. The manager, who I think is also the chef, was very helpful and took extra care during our breakfast time. As our kids were with us, he asked us separately regarding their breakfast choice, which I found to be extremely generous. By the way, breakfast was very good. Ella's main road with all the restaurants is only 5-7 miniutes walk.
