It was a good location. Room was spacious, clean and with a nice balcony and mountains view. Breakfast was very good! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The personnel are excellent — always smiling, professional and very helpful. Everything was well taken care of, and the service made the whole experience even better. A great place to stay . if you’re looking for comfort and really good staff.

It was a very good experience, the second room I moved to, the bed had hair in it and looked to me as if the cleaning staff pulled over the linen as it was a little dirty. I just dusted it off as I was tired and had an early departure. Nice staff good rooms and good location

The staff were wonderfully kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was huge, delicious, and served with such warmth and care. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The location is fantastic just a short walk to the Nine Arches Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, and the main street with plenty of food and great vibes. We’d happily stay here again!
