The staff were all amazing and very friendly. I received an upgrade to a private pool room and despite the rain on my first day, was able to gave a very relaxing dip the following morning with a late checkout. The views are stunning!! Great location and easy to walk to Nine Arch Bridge viewing point (wear comfortable shoes and clothing as it's all terrain).

Really friendly staff, the perfect location to do Little Adam's Peak hike and walk to nine arch bridge, and beautiful views of the mountains from the rooms and restaurant. You can easily wander down the main street too. Our rooms were massive and had a great balcony area. The staff also arranged a cake upon request which tasted great. The general manager and others went out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
