The hotel management and staff are very welcoming, very attentive to your needs abd always ready to assist you in anyway. Perfect location, everything is just at stone's throw away. They have a lovely band playing good music in the evenings making it over the more lively.

Hotel is on centre of Ella, just next to several restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and food on The restaurants was good. Room was big.

Perfect place to stay at Ella. situated in the centre of the city. very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. we had a awesome time in the evening with the live music at their beautiful restaurant. food were very delicious and the service was great.
