This hotel was a great stay! It’s located right on Ella’s famous main street, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and a lively atmosphere. The views from the property were lovely, and the food was delicious with authentic local flavours. The staff especially Preyanta was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond with service. Even if you miss breakfast, the staff would pack something for your room so you don’t start the day hungry. Overall, the service felt very personalised, almost over the top in a good way. The property gives a solid 5-star experience by Sri Lankan standards, and honestly holds up well compared to global stays too. I’d happily come back again!

We stayed two nights at EKHO for our honeymoon and it was outstanding! Service was unbelievable. Dinesh provided us with room decorations and a complimentry dessert for our honeymoon. The hot tub has amazing views. Priyantna and Dinesh looked after incredibly well during our stay and made our trip incredibly special. I could not recommend the hotel more

Wow the view from the hotel room and hotel terrace. We were lucky to catch the sunrise and also the beauty of the mountains. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were welcoming and on hand to assist from start to finish.
