The views are amazing, waking up to the vast mountains landscape was truly a highlight. The owners of the place were lovely and kind, we even had an issue with water being turned off for an hour, but they resolved this and even washed some of our cloths as good will gesture. At the time we went, they had a puppy called shadow who was super cute and played with us in the evening. Even though the location seemed far from the town, there was a secret railway path that got us to town in about 8 minutes walk so worked out well.

Spectacular view coupled with a lovely, comfortable room. The service was great and they do a great breakfast - ask for a hopper for sure! There’s also a great shortcut along the Trainline into Ella (safe to walk)

Fantastic value for money with incredible views. The owner was really friendly and helpful - he even accommodated breakfast at times that worked around our schedule and sorted out our transporation.
