Nice and quiet place to stay in Ella. The family is very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean, well suited for the climate of the area. It’s a great choice for anyone seeking a calm and peaceful stay. The breakfast provided was delicious, and they warmly offered us tea and breakfast whenever we returned. Truly a homely experience!”

What a great find this place is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town but within walking distance. Try the home cooked food its delicious and great value for money. The family are so lovely 😍.

The location is just perfect, a bit of a walk from town but in a lovely peaceful area and in a bright sunny spot with lovely views. The bed was very comfortable, with a fan, which is just enough in this climate. The room was not damp like other guesthouses we stayed in in Ella! Breakfast was the absolute highlight, freshly prepared and delicious. We felt well looked after by the hosts but not imposed on, their lovely son did a great job at translating whenever there was a language barrier. Perfect place to stay!

The host himself warmly offered us tea and cookies every time we came back. The room was in a fantastic jungle setting with monkeys nearby, but they never came onto the private terrace. The location was also great – close to town and still reachable by tuk-tuks and taxis, even via the narrow road. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The bed had a mosquito net, and the bathroom was very clean.
