The family is amazing and kind they also have a great huge breakfast and thier dinner if requested is always delicious

I chose this place near Ella because it specifically said the upper floors were accessed by elevator. This was not correct. Like most places around Ella, this place was three storeys high and the only access was by stairs. As I have limited mobility, this was a challenge for me. The hosts carried my luggage up and arranged a table outside my room for meals, so I did not have to move up and down the steep stairs more than necessary. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern, but the water was not hot. The food was plentiful and good, and the staff were helpful. There was secure off street parking. The location, on the Waterfall Road in Kithelella was better than staying in noisy, crowded Ella, but you need a car. There was only one restaurant nearby if you wanted to eat somewhere other than the hotel.

It is a place of refuge for mountaineers at the starting point of their climb and offers very attractive services. We also had dinner at this place and it was also incredibly delicious.This wooden house has a beautiful view. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is varied and delicious. We hope to come back.
