The hotel is very close to the center of Ella and to the train station, but it still has a good view of the surrounding mountains. Our room was spacious, clean and they provided us with a cot as requested beforehand. Very good breakfast and nice staff.

The hotel is a significant climb from the main road of Ella, especially after some hiking in the morning or afternoon. The rooms are spacious and clean, the shower is quite good. You can ad some more exercise since the accomodation has no elavators. And a tuktuk might refuse you to take you up from the mainroad. Here you will find many restaurants en lounge/ bars. After a long morning walk the staff kept my breakfast aside so I could have it before checking out, where possible re-heated. From the room with a great view on Ella town the music is hearable as if you were inside one of the 5 storey open-air bars itself. This continues only untill midnight.
