The location - right on the shore, and it seems that you can use the boats (we did not have time for that). The bed is large and comfortable. The windows open, so you can have fresh air. There are various syrups to use with the coffee machine, and a selection of teas - a nice way to start or end your day. The bathroom facilities are very advanced. There are little things you might have forgotten - such as a toothbrush or shaving cream - right in the bathroom for your use. The host is friendly and accommodating - he did not mind our late arrival at all. They have a large, very old, but very friendly dog (a Rottweiler?) that makes scary sounds but is in fact very calm and well-trained. The view from the common balcony is highly recommended!

Location was nice though out of the way. Very pretty view over the bay. Bed was comfortable - which is very important to me due to some back and shoulder issues. Price was very reasonable.
