Very central. Very close to beach. Very comfy. Nice touch with tea & coffee provided. Also little things like kitchen towel, washing up liquid, dishwasher & washing tabs provided. Great shower, . So close to beach and equidistant from the pubs.

spacious master bedroom and living area to compliment well equipped kitchen area plus SKY TV as standard. Excellent reliable WIFI. flat only 5 mins from excellent coffee shop, THE PAVILION. BIG BONUS WAS VIEW OF fORTH ESTUARY FROM KITCHEN WINDOW. shower machine among best I've used with great temperature controls
