Excellent and friendly staff who spoke English well. Location is really good - only 20 minutes stroll to centre of town. Shower was high pressure and super hot. Lovely shaded gardens close to the pool - ideal for quiet reading and some very reasonably priced local Alicante winemakers

There was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast, and kept stocked up. The pool area is lovely, but disappointed that the pool bar/facilities were not yet open/available. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Had an excellent massage in the spa area.

The restaurant à la carte menu and service were excellent. Breakfast buffet was also very good with great choices and all fresh.
