We overall enjoyed our stay at this property, thanks to its convenient location and comfortable amenities. The apartment is situated right next to a bus stop, with shops nearby and a cozy riverside trail just a five-minute walk away. The cleanliness was excellent (which, considering the €100 cleaning fee, was expected). The layout was well thought out, featuring two toilets, two balconies on opposite sides of the building, and a fully equipped kitchen. A highlight of our top-floor apartment was the small private sauna—I didn’t personally use it, but it’s definitely a nice touch. Other conveniences included a designated ski storage room, a hanger for drying clothes, and easy parking. Plus, the breathtaking mountain views made the stay even more special.

We stayed for a ski-holiday. The studio was large enough for us 3 and clean. Parking space available right in front of the house. Kitchen has more than enough space and utilities to allow you to cook during your stay. The house is very quiet despite the fact it is located right next to the main road. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was large enough with a proper shower. Shops like MPreis and Spar are less than 5min drive away. The ski area itself is roughly 30min drive, but this is an easy road and there is sufficient parking space available at the slopes which is free of charge. We drove a full electric car and lucky enough Bach has two 22kW charging stations which is just 1km or 10min walking from the property.

Beautiful accomodation, large rooms, fully equiped kitchen, balcony with mountain views, comfortable beds, enough parking places, small playground, friendly owners.
