Just like the photos. I was there off season and got upgraded to the best room. Friendly family. Son spoke some English. Great breakfast which I paid for in cash. I was able to put my motorbike inside the yard. I was able to pay with an Australian Visa card onsite via my mobile which was great.

Amazing view from bedroom, staff was very helpful - solved all issues and requests in very short time. Good location. Some of staff was speaking very good English - rare thing in Venezuela. They arranged for us big container of drinking water for whole duration of our stay.

We felt basically part of the family, as Aida and her team took care from us from the moment we arrived to even after we checked-out. She also referred us to a local massage specialist so we were able to enjoy a professional massage right on the beach while the sun went down - it doesn't get more relaxing. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and feel at home, this is your secret choice!

I loved Casa Maya from first sight, but my favourite thing of this amazing 'posada' is Aida, a wonderful host. She made us feel like at home, and her attention to detail is superb. All her family where very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, calm and relaxed vibe, incredible views from the comfortable room and the food that Aida cooked was very good too. We couldn't recommend Casa Maya highly enough. For sure we will be back! Aida eres lo mejor!!
