Simply everything,,, the first impression was the staff Mr. KHALID was so professional and very easy to deal with ,, I took less than 5 minutes actually to check in the concierge Pearson took my bags and kept explaining every single thing at the hotel ,, I travel alot but never ever had such a good experience like this ,, the hotel has everything you need (restaurants-and-bars) which make things very easy also it's close from everything Highly recommended and for sure it will be my only choice in Alexandria

The place is luxurious and clean. The staff were very helpful. The pool view room was spacious and tidy. Everything was perfect
