Very much like the pictures clean very well equips didn’t need anything very easy contact with the key holder, the area is beautiful with lovely walks, hikes, climbs even! the beach is not over crowded and there is a very nice selection of restaurants, easy access into the busier parts like Los christianos adiji americas etc.…Netflix can be logged into on the smart tv and very comfy.

We spent a lovely week at DedaSun apartment. Palm-mar is located just 15 minutes drive (except rsuh hours when where is a lot of traffic) from the popular touristic areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, but it's a quiet area where you can relax. The flat is modern and well-equipped and the bed is super comfortable. There is free parking on the street.

The apartment is quite new, has all needed appliances. There is kitchen with cutlery, own etc. So you can definitely prepare food inside. Also the town of Palm-mar is very small and cute, and the apartment is relatively in the center of it and also close to the ocean.

Brand new spotless apartment in a very old building! Everything was fine exept that you can hear everything from other apartments! Very good location! Very clean! And the host very helpfull because we arrived quite late but they charged us 20€ for late check in even though we knew about it!
