The breakfasts were amazing with lots of variety and Filipino classics. It was situated in a perfect spot and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The whole resort operation is very well organized, with excellent facilities at a fantastic location. The scenery and sea views along Lio Beach are amazing. Seda Lio is the rare example where a hotel’s own marketing pics do not make it justice, we found the hotel grounds and surrounding area to be much more than we had thought from looking at their photos. Beds were comfy, food was good and the staff very friendly and acommodating. Would 100% recommend a stay here.

The daily breakfast was incredible, the staff were always extremely friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very nice with extremely comfortable beds

The facilities and resort were great, our room was very satisfactory. The pool was under Maintenance, so we were not able to access, we were told but wasn't able to use alternative pool arrangements as the Cyclone Hit
