Pros: friendly and professional staff; great location; on the main street of bars and restaurants and beach; clean comfortable room; great wifi; hotel free airport shuttle a great bonus. Cons: no ironing facilities in room; no hairdryer in room (even though advertised); no shelf space in bathroom for cosmetics; no gym. Noise can be an issue as rooms have adjoining doors. You can hear the people in the next room clearly and when they decide to make a phone call home at 1.30am in the morning and commence an argument on the phone you can forget sleep. Phoning reception doesn't help much - they speak to the offending guest the next morning to quiten it down.

Location. This hotel is located in the town centre. El Nido's transportation is overpriced and so, staying in a hotel close to restaurants and activities is quite convenient.

It was a remarkable stay, and the staff was beyond amazing. I loved their kindness, professionalism, and how helpful they were. They even remembered my name and greeted me personally every time I entered. The place is beautiful and peaceful, with no construction around the hotel. The staff’s service was top-notch and very courteous. I will definitely come back in the future. They also offer free airport transfers as part of the stay and can arrange any tours or activities you’re interested in.

The location is perfect. In the center of town. Comfortable bed. Good hot water pressure for shower. Clean.
