The bed was very comfortable. My room was right next to the balcony and I was the only one who used it, so it was like a private balcony. I appreciated the free water, tea and coffee. The staff was excellent - very helpful and communicative. AC worked well. I liked that there were plenty of shelves and hooks for arranging my things.

Ms. Amparo, owner, is very attentive and was very kind to accommodate my requests regarding linens/towels. The place is clean and its value for your money for a comfortable place to stay in El Nido.
