Incredible place all the more special because of the amazing staff. We travelled as a group of 7 with 2 little kids and the staff were incredible every single day; they loved playing with the little ones and were always so warm and accommodating; nothing was ever too much trouble. A huge thanks to Alvin at the front desk and Lean Ann at the Sunmai restaurant, as well as every single staff member we encountered who truly went out of their way to make our family holiday so special.
