Morgan Villas go above and beyond with customer service. The staff are very friendly and so unbelievably accomodating. A few things I hadn't realised before arriving was that the hotel offers complimentary transfers to and from El Nido airport, plus transport to and from town whenever you need throughout your stay. They also have free mopeds to use at your leisure (if available) and free access to the local air-conned gym. If you want a night in, they will place an order and pick up from your chosen restaurant. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Unlimited options of cooked breakfast, different kinds of crepes and chia puddings. The coffee was nice but the cherry on top was having breakfast on the beach each morning. We had it at 7:30ish and it was so quiet and calm.

The room was amazing with the view and all the amenities that were included. The staff (every single one of them) were incredible. Super nice and always ready to help. It was an amazing experience. MAD FROG their tour/expedition company were also super nice and I would totally recommend to book some tours with them.

When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and a shell lei. Felt very tropical and we were on holidays. Loved all the little extras- the motor scooter was included, the ATV took us to tours and picked us up. They included our laundry to be done as extra pickle and was included in the price and after being on 3 weeks holiday we needed our clothes cleaned. It was so nice it all got taken care of and was returned to us folded and clean in 24 hours. They had so many perks in the room like Apple Watch and phone charges, mini bar was included in price, even insect repellant and electric bug catcher. The view at the resort was so amazing especially at sunset and we loved sitting on the swings with a cocktail. We can’t wait to come back!

Morgan villas is perfectly located, about a 10 min walk from the centre of town along the beach, but just around the headland so you feel away from the dirt, hustle and bustle. The beach outside the hotel is beautiful and there are beanbags in the shade where you can relax and take in the view. The staff were simply unbelievable in their hospitality and warmth, and the room was incredibly clean, cool and with a big comfortable bed.
