• A security deposit of P3,000 per room is required upon check-in.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur a one-night charge.• Airport Transfers:
Van transfers from Puerto Princesa Airport to Doublegem Beach Resort can be arranged at an additional cost (estimated travel time: 5–6 hours).
Transfers between Lio Airport and the resort (vice versa) are also available at an additional cost (estimated travel time: 30 minutes).• Please note that hot water is powered by solar energy; heating may take some time.• Child Policy:
Children 7 years old and below may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Children above 7 years old will be charged P3,136 per night as an extra person, inclusive of breakfast.
Only one (1) child is allowed per room.• Location Note:
Guests staying in the Forest Building Annex Rooms are required to cross the street to access the beachfront area.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Despite the negative reviews, we decided to take a risk and we do not regret it at all! The location is perfect with the most beautiful sunsets. The hotel itself is cozy, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, although limited in selection, was tasty. The only problem was that the Wi-Fi in the room worked very poorly, but it worked perfectly in the pool area and the café so it didn’t cause any major issues for us. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and recommend it to others! Great bar staff especially Cristiano
