The staff were really friendly and available when needed specially gwen , we had a lot of discussions with her and she was a perfect host .The room was perfectly clean and the sunset balcony view is amazing.

Our 3-night stay at Desert Rose Hotel in El Nido was absolutely perfect—it truly felt like home. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and a stunning beach view right from our balcony. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available—even late at night—to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Gwen, who quickly became a friend. She was not only kind and funny but also exceptionally caring and attentive throughout our stay. We had great conversations with her, and she made our experience unforgettable. The value for money here is amazing. We also booked Tours A and C through the hotel, and everything was well-organized with a great team. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!
