I liked a lot of things about Cadlao. Firstly, the location, its perfect for us. It’s peaceful & quiet with beautiful view. It’s not far from town and they offer tuktuk to take guest to the town, back & forth. Secondly, the service is superb. The staff are very attentive and ready to assist any time. Always smiling and making us feel welcome. I appreciate, how they go above and beyond, on assisting us, for our urgent transfer to Puerto Princesa after our El Nido-Manila flight was cancelled, due to bad weather. Also, our arrival was delayed as well (due to rainy weather) and I appreciate how Cadlao offer to extend our stay to used the first night that we missed. Third, facilities are great. They have 3 pools. And I like how it has deep end. Not enough for diving, but still deep enough for my liking. They have spa, and the massage was amazing for a cheap price. Breakfast mini buffet offers good choices that’s filling. Lastly, I appreciate the little surprise and effort they made, for our anniversary. Overall, despite the bad weather and cancelled flights, we enjoyed our stay in Cadlao. We would definitely consider going back here if we visit El Nido again.

The beautiful view the Philippine style accommodation and the wonderful and very helpful staff especially Francis who went above and beyond to help us have the best stay we could. He is such an asset to the team.
