The position of the property is in calm neighbourhood with a few minutes walk to nice and not crowded beach. There is also a small mountain to walk to see the sunset or sunrise within few minutes. It has nice terrace on the roof with a view of the ocean. The communication with host is super easy. We appreciated the numbers of the bathrooms. Also the kitchen is fully equipped. There is no problem with parking. Overall good value for money.

This house is close to the southern airport and very close to the sea. You can see the sunrise over the sea from the house. There is a swimming pool in the backyard, which is constantly circulated through tap water, so the water temperature is relatively cold, so it is not suitable for swimming in winter. There are 5 rooms in the house, 3 are upstairs and 2 are downstairs, which is very convenient. The landlord was very considerate and told us the location and method of collecting the keys, and also left a bottle of wine, which was very nice. There are stairs in the backyard that lead to the rooftop, where you can watch the stars at night. The facilities in the house are also relatively new, and the refrigerator is large. We have eight people who stayed here for three nights and were satisfied.

The location is excellent right next to the beach. Walk over the small road and you are on the beach. There is a supermarket under the big hotel 15 mins walk away. And its a 5/10 drive or 25 minute walk to El Medano centre. The kitchen was fully fitted out with everything you possibly need. A nice supply of bathroom towels and pool/beach towels. Good communication with the owner. WIFI good. Lots of pool toys for the kids or big kids.
