Comfortable and great apartement in great location. The parking on site was very convenient as well. Communication with Jose was easy, he provided pictures and videos of the way, that was greatly appreciated! So all in all, it was an amazing accomodation, and would choose it again.

First of all, the place is big 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - for that price a rare find. The building is old, smells of tobacco and socialism era apartment block, but the flat itself must have been renovated very recently because it was squeaky clean, had no odd smells, all was new, only the dishes were old and from different sets which was a sign that this apartment has been in use for a longer time. Our apartment was in a residential building so there wasn't any "touristic" noise. Soundproofing was adequate too, even the nearby airport didn't bother us. All in all, a very good find in one of the best possible places on the island as it's near the highway, airport, the beach is great ... During Calima the dust didn't get inside, which was also very good. Well worth its price.

Firstly, the instructions to get the keys were the most detailed I've ever received. Made it very easy to find them in the dark! Secondly, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable and extremely spacious. Excellent value for money. It had virtually everything we needed for our stay. (My only little suggestion would be oven gloves as I popped something in to cook, only realising there wasn't any when I came to get it out. A tea towel came to the rescue!) There was water in the fridge on arrival, which was well needed and much appreciated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, the room was totally dark too, which was excellent. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the supermarket and beach and not far from the airport. Out of the way enough to be extremely quiet but near enough to everything you need! Honestly, this is one of the best apartments we've stayed in, in El Medano, and hope to be back very soon! Thank you! A little tip for future guests. We had a late flight so had a good few hours with our cases after check out. There's a new business locally called Lockers Canarias just down the road. They're extremely reasonable and safe. Look them up online if you need luggage storage after check out.
