The fine print
The only way to arrive at the hotel/island is by speedboat, operated exclusively by the hotel. The boat ride from Cartagena to the hotel/island takes approximately 2 hours. The boat departs daily from Cartagena to the island at 11:30 AM, and from the island to Cartagena at 10:00 AM.The cost is 300,000 COP per adult and 250,000 COP per child (round trip). This amount will be automatically charged to the credit card provided during the booking process, in addition to the accommodation charges.If the guest does not require the boat transfer, it is their responsibility to inform us at the time of booking to avoid the corresponding charge.Please note that there is an additional port tax of 29,000 COP per person, which must be paid directly at the port.Please remember that the port of embarkation is La Bodeguita Dock. Proceed to entrance number 1. Please note that Colombian residents are required to pay 19% VAT, which will be charged to their credit card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Outstanding service during our stay at Punta Faro. The staff is incredibly charming and corteous. The beach is one of a kind. Turquoise water and picturesque view. Everything is just perfect. The food is gourmet and all the rooms super clean.
