Great place, great location and great staff. Right at the beginning of the main restaurant road. The hotel is facing a supermarket, a great bakery and sport equipment shops! Staff is very helpful in giving advice

Payment for stay was handled by a 3rd party TAB who charged an extra fee for processing payment in our country's currency without authorisation. This was unacceptable and not able to get this charge back. The breakfast options were terrible. Limited fruit and stale cake/ biscuits on offer. WiFi was bad. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They provided useful information on hikes in area. Great central location to take hikes in El Chalten.

I loved my room with a view of Mt Fitzroy and the fact that the window opened which kept the room fresh from over heating

Very nice hotel at a good location (middle of the small village). At arrival, we got a full explanation about the trails in El Chalten, which was very useful! The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we found other places in town more appealing. The trails are easy to reach from the hotel.
