Wow! What a way to experience such a magical place like El Chalten than staying at a handmade cabin built by no other than a pioneer of the town, former Chief Ranger of many national parks around the world: Mr. Capadocia!! We didn't know we were going to stay at the cabin of such man! It's a living legend of the town, he loves and preserves nature in all ways possible and of course he doesn't only know the ins and outs of the town but he even helped building many of the lovely walks you can enjoy!! What a privilege! The cabin itself is very cozy, extremely functional and full of details! The best part of course is you can grill your own asados outside while watching the Fitz Roy. We had a magical stay and btw, he speaks perfect English which is not so common in these remote places! Gracias Capa querido!! Y hasta la próxima!! Abrazo de gol

This tiny house was such a cosy place for our stay in El Chalten. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in addition to little extras like tea bags and coffee. The bed upstairs on the mezzanine was very comfortable and looked directly out the window where you could see the colours of the sky changing morning and evening. Capa’s attention to detail in how he built the house was stunning, and you could tell from when you first walked in the care he had put into the place. His concern and readiness to help with anything we needed throughout our stay made our experience. When we return to this beautiful town we will look to be taken under his wing once again!

What an amazing 5 days in this unique rustic cabin handmade by the owner Capa. There were many beautiful timber features to admire. This tiny home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The best part was chatting with Capa and some other guests. We were treated like family and it was a privilege to stay.

Had such a lovely stay here. The cabin is so cute with so many lovely carvings and touches that make it very special and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is lovely and warm. We made full use of the kitchen, which was great for us. Capa is a wonderful host and was very helpful for us, letting us a know a lot about the local area and generally super friendly. We had a lovely stay here!
