The view on the volcanoe is spectacular. The room is large, and well equiped The breakfast is good as well

Lots of pillows, enough kitchen extras. Fantastic views - not only the Volcano and the lake, but also the gardens, where the hummingbirds worked all day just outside our balcony. The sounds of the rainforest and the birds could entertain for hours. I'm sad to be leaving them. The gardens were well-maintained with a lighted walkway. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and plentiful. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Free hot breakfast with wonderful homemade ham. So much to do nearby, can book through the hotel. The view alone is worth the price.

We were very unlucky with the weather - but i believe this stay would be magical with lovely weather. Surroundings were great tho & breakfast aswell!

Everything was perfect! The view from the room was magnificent, and it’s clean and spacious room was good to be relaxing. the atmosphere was tranquil and peaceful, and we could enjoy the beauty of nature. All the staff were friendly, especially Ms Daniela, the reservation manager & receptionist, was so kind and gave us full of assistance for our stay. Thank you, Daniela! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Strongly recommend for everyone. We definitely want to stay again if we come back to Costa Rica.
