“Brilliant Property Near Main Street”

I loved this place very much! I booked for an "apartment", and it turned out to be a very spacious hut for me! Radiators were installed to make room warm. Staff were nice and polite. Matices operates both hotels, hostels and tours. They will send you offers for airport transfer and tours to attractions nearby. Their advice and offer are helpful. There is a good supermarket nearby and you can save money by cooking at the kitchen of this property.

Amazing location - right in the centre of town. Beautiful cabins, hot water, comfortable beds and really friendly staff! The receptionist, Flo, was amazing and so friendly! She gave us so many recommendations and we were very grateful.

The communication was incredible since the reservation was made, where they reached out to start validating details and looking to help out on tours, transfers or anything we might need for our trip. The location is great, right near many restaurants and shops. The room temperature and the hot water and its pressure were great too. Will be making sure to stay here every time I visit El Calafate.

The property is just a short walk away from many restaurants and shops. Reception staff were very helpful throughout stay. The room was quite large with an upstairs containg more beds. There was a small area for cooking and also a fridge. We recommend leaving the heater on at all times as the room gets extremely cold.
