.The reception experience at Rixos Hotel was excellent. Front desk staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive to all my requests. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The hotel facilities and activities were available throughout the entire stay without interruption. Great attention was given to children’s entertainment and activities. The room was consistently clean, and housekeeping responded promptly to any requests. Staff members maintained a friendly demeanor, always smiling and eager to assist.
