The staff in the reception is very friendly and helpful and they were always delivering excellent customer service. Great friendly staff who were always smiling and ready to help with any inquiry. Wonderful location in El Alamein and with a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard and fountain area, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day and evening. The room was nice, big and spacious and the bathroom had a very nice and big walk-in shower. The hotel is in a beautiful area. I highly recommend this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back.

This hotel with the greatest potentials has been under construction for the past few years! Only ground and 1st floors are operating but in a good way. Staff are trying their best. Beach very good. Location excellent. Hope it operates fully soon
