What a lovely, clean and comfortable place! I wish we could stay longer and use the pool area and all facilities. Very nice and helpful host, too - thank you😊 Close to the big cathedral and main street with shops and restaurants.

A modern hotel with bright, clean and fresh room. The host is outstanding, he is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from The Mother See of holy Etchmiadzin. I recommend OUR House for anyone who wish to visit Vagharshapat.

We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.
