It is surrounded by greenery which is fabulous. The B&B has tea/coffee all day and you have access to the kitchen to cook your meals which is great. Breakfast in the morning is delicious and staff are very friendly as well.

AMAZING I love how clean it is. I have a high standard of cleanliness and I will give them 5-star ratings. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilet and bathroom seem to be cleaned more than twice a day. I took a bath in the morning, and when I used the bathroom again in the evening, it was amazingly spotless once more. The breakfast is sufficient and served in an all-you-can-eat style. You can enjoy salad with multiple toppings such as chicken, salmon, and hummus for vegetarians. Milk, several types of bread, and bottled juices are also available. The 24-hour coffee machine (FREE) is very cool. They also provide a refrigerator, which is perfect for storing food. Moreover, the shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a microwave, oven, stove, and more—all free to use. They even have a washing machine and dryer, again free of charge. Considering that using a coin laundry outside would cost at least 11 euros, this was very helpful for me. The only drawback, I think, is the location—it’s about 20 minutes from the city center. But don’t worry, there is a bus that comes every 20 minutes.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area. It only takes 15–20 minutes to cycle to the centre of Eindhoven. Breakfast was excellent. The good thing is that you can park your car for free in the area around the hotel (sometimes there isn’t space right by the hotel, but you can usually find a spot nearby). The staff are very friendly and helpful.
