The fine print
According to local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempt from paying VAT on their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non-tourists" as defined in the VAT law) are required to pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 20:00. On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies will apply.Cancellation of rooms up to 30 days before arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. serge at the front desk was amazing! he helped us so much!! we came for 2 nights to have a getaway before expecting the birth of our baby. it was very relaxing.
